Dylan Berry
I’m a Toronto-based consultant and the founder of neurex.dev, where I train teams and leaders to use agentic AI tools reliably and help shape the AI strategy around them. I build software, help teams ship, and spend a lot of time figuring out how AI agents are changing development.
Most of my day-to-day now is agentic development: building real applications with coding agents, plus the tooling that makes them trustworthy, like verification gates, evals, and telemetry on what agents cost and where they waste context. I’m less interested in hype than in what holds up in a real development process.
Before that, and still alongside it, I spent years on cloud, DevOps, and data platforms: Azure landing zones, hybrid networking, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and Databricks lakehouses for organizations in maritime shipping, ports, telecom, insurance, aerospace, and government. Earlier roles took me through capital markets, mobile development, and product delivery, at places like Centrilogic, ObjectSharp, BSI Labs, and RBC Capital Markets.
I also founded Toronto Mobile .NET Developers, organized community events like Xamarin Saturday, and served as a volunteer advisor for Centennial College’s Mobile Applications Development program.
